1. creation take what I learned from music and apply it to life. working on becoming as efficient as possible at going from idea -> output. need to start sharing everything publicly, but I feel a lot of risk doing this on my main X account / instagram. something to explore. 2. exercise workout everyday for a month. lose fat maintain muscle. ideal goals: 1. 225 for 10 reps {current = 8} 2. Sub 6 minute mile {current = ??} 3. 15 perfect pull-ups {current = 12} 4. 405+ deadlift for 3 reps {current = ??} 3. silence silence is critical. there are a few components to this. one of which is slowly rolling back my nicotine consumption. another is replacing digital distraction with better things. another is long walks once again. 4. investing figure out the best / most efficient way to allocate my personal portfolio. easy channels to invest, fluid ways to surface, wallet management, etc...
